The objective of this project was to create a structured multi-site platform that would allow each talent category to operate as its own specialist website while maintaining a consistent system for managing artists, enquiries, and bookings.
The network includes dedicated platforms for multiple sectors of the entertainment industry, including:

Multi-Site WordPress Platform
The first phase involved developing a scalable WordPress architecture capable of supporting multiple websites while maintaining consistent functionality and design standards across the entire network.
Each platform was structured to present performers clearly with professional profiles including images, biographies, experience, and areas of expertise. This allows event organisers to quickly browse available talent and identify suitable performers for conferences, corporate events, awards ceremonies, and private functions.
The system was designed to ensure that new performers can be added easily, profiles can be updated efficiently, and each website remains focused on its own specialist market.

Custom Shortlist & Enquiry System
A key requirement of the platform was the ability for event organisers to browse multiple performers and create a shortlist before making an enquiry.
To achieve this, a custom shortlist system was developed allowing visitors to:
- Add performers to a shortlist while browsing profiles
- Review selected talent before making contact
- Submit a single enquiry covering multiple performers
This functionality improves the user experience by allowing event planners to compare options and send targeted enquiries quickly, helping increase both engagement and enquiry quality.
The system also simplifies the enquiry process for the Great British Talent team by structuring requests more clearly and capturing the information required to respond efficiently.
